What are the fees for mobile notary services?

We offer notarized signatures for just $15 per signature each.

Travel fee is $25 within a 10-mile radius, with an additional charge of 1.00 per mile beyond that.

I provide discounts  for multiply notarizations and offer flat-rate travel fees.

What Do I Need at the Appointment?

These are the mandatory requirements. I come fully prepared to assist.

I carry clipboards (letter and legal size), pens, acknowledgment, jurat forms, and readers if needed.

Please Note: The Signer(s) must be of sound mind, alert, and mentally competent. The signer (s) must be willing and agree to what they are signing. 

  • A valid type I.D (not expired or issued within 5 years)

  • The documents requiring the notarization. 

  • Document should be completed (no blank spaces)

  • All signers must appear at the appointment
